Kanye West has announced that a collaboration album between himself and Jay-Z will be released in a week.  

Billboard is reporting that Kanye made the announcement on New Years Eve during the opening of a nightclub in Las Vegas with Jay-Z.  

The album is titled 'Watch The Throne'.  See below for fan video footage of the announcement.
