Hole singer Courtney Love has explained her actions after having an on stage rant during a musc festival in Brazil over the weekend.  

While playing at the SWU Festival in Sao Paulo on November 13th, Love stormed of stage after a crowd member held up a photo of her late husband Kurt Cobain.  She returned only after the crowd was convinced to chant "Foo Fighters are gay".

Courtney Love and her band Hole appear to have pulled out of the Australian Soundwave Festival due to Limp Bizkit being including on the bill with Hole having to perform before them. 

Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah confirmed the rumours via his Twitter page.  He posted "Yep. Limp is the excuse they are giving. Like we were going to ask her permission everytime we book a band."

Courtney Love has had her Twitter account suspended as the singer prepares to defend herself in court against allegations she defamed a fashion designer on the social networking website.

Dawn Simorangkir is claiming that Love damaged her reputation back in March 2009 with a series of attacking Tweets.  Love apparently called the fashion designer a "prostitute" and a "thief."
