Christina Aguilera is being sued after claims she used a sample for her hit "Ain't No Other Man" without paying for the rights.

Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman have separated.  

The two began dating in 2002 and married on November 2nd, 2005.  The couple have one son together, Max, who was born on January 12th 2008.
