Conrad Murray Found Guilty Of Michael Jackson's Manslaughter

Dr Conrad Murray has been found of the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson.  

The announcement ends a lengthy trial for Murray which began on September 27th, 2011, and the jury took less than nine hours to find Murray guilty.  

Michael Jackson died on June 25th, 2009, from acute propofol intoxication after he suffered cardiac arrest.  Prosecutors claimed Murray was responsible for Jackson's death who plied Jackson with irresponsible amounts of the powerful anesthetic propofol.  Murray became Jackson's personal physician during the lead up to the singer's series of 'This Is It' shows.  

Sentencing is due in about six to eight weeks.  Murray faces up to four years in jail.
