Metallica Fans Cause Chaos In India
Metallica fans in Gurgaon, India started a near riot yesterday after the band was forced to postpone their first ever show in the country till tonight due to "technical difficulties".
After the 20,000 in attendance were told from the stage that the group wouldn't be playing that night, fans broke through the barriers and stormed the stage. Equipment was thrown around and destroyed. Footage of the incident can be seen below.
It's unknown if the show will still go ahead tonight. Although the official announcement for the potponement was technical difficulties a reporter from the Hindustan Times says it was delayed due to an "un-controllable crowd".
