Dave Grohl Didn't Appear On Michael Jackson Album Despite Being Credited
Dave Grohl is peeved after being credited for appearing on Michael Jackson's posthumous 2010 album 'Michael' as his drum parts were never used.
The liner notes for the album state that Grohl plays on the song '(I Can't Make It) Another Day' which also features Lenny Kravitz, but Grohl claims it's not his drumming.
He explained to Red Bulletin "That was messed up actually. Lenny Kravitz, who I only met once, called and asked if I want to play drums on a track. I said, 'Sure', played drums on it and I never heard from them again. On the sleeve notes it says 'Michael Jackson featuring Lenny Kravitz and Dave Grohl' but they didn't use any of my recordings. That's not cool."
Dave Grohl will be in New Zealand this December when his band Foo Fighters play one Auckland show at Western Springs Stadium.
