Bret Michaels To Have Heart Surgery
Bret Michaels is to undergo surgery to repair a hole in his heart.
The 47 year old has suffered from ill health this year. The Poison frontman had an emergency appendectomy in April, a near fatal brain hemorrhage just a few weeks later and then a stroke. It was during this time in hospital that doctors discovered Michaels had a hole in his heart which he'd had since birth.
The surgery will take place after his "Roses and Thorns" tour finishes in December.
